Yes! To inquire about a custom design or item (even ones you don’t see listed in our shop), use our contact page, email us directly, or message us on Facebook.

Of Course! If you would like to view your design or mockup, please reach out immediately after placing your order. Once your item is customized, it cannot be changed.

Because our items are handmade and often customized, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
▪️Non-Custom Items: eligible for return or exchange within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and original condition.
▪️Custom or Personalized Items: FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
▪️Sale Items: all sale items are FINAL SALE

PhishMade is more than happy to take inspiration from designs you’ve seen, but I DO NOT directly copy other makers or companies work or ideas. Instead, I can create a custom piece inspired by the style, colors, and theme of what you like, while adding a unique touch. This ensures your item is one-of-a-kind and respectful to the original artists creativity.

Some items listed in our shop will show you the quantity available currently. Already made items or items with no customization or personalization is usually around 3 business days.
Custom or personalized items, or if the item you’d like isn’t in stock and has to be ordered, those times may vary. But PhishMade will reach out and happily keep you updated at all times on the current status of your order.

We can design, engrave, and embroider just about any item or materials you can think of. Again, reach out to us directly if you’d like a certain item you do not see listed in our shop — we can order it!
